Illumina Corporate Services GmbH is a regulated fiduciary company providing several fiduciary, corporate and consulting services to high net worth individuals  and corporate organizations.

The company was founded in 2020 to complement the wealth management services of our sister company, Illumina Capital Management AG.


The objective is to provide integrated services to our clients that desire to have more comprehensive services beyond their wealth management needs. We also embrace superior client service and discretion providing stability and continuity through our results-oriented team of experienced and dedicated professionals.


All the members of our team speak fluent English. Individual members of the team are also fluent in German, French, Italian and Portuguese.

Illumina Corporate Services GmbH is regulated by the SRO PolyReg in accordance with Article 24 of the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

A foundation is a legal entity that holds assets originally donated by a founder. The act of forming a foundation consists in divesting one’s assets from the private estate to the foundation. The Team

Bruno Florenzano
Managing Director - CEO and Founder

Bruno has been a Managing Director of Illumina Capital Management since 2006, the year of the Company foundation. Before he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in its Wealth Management Division, for several years, covering the Latin American Markets from its Swiss Bank. Earlier in his career he was a Product Manager at the General Electric Company in its Electrical Distribution and Control Division in the US. Bruno has an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University in New York City. Earlier on he obtained a Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences from Hunter College of the City University of New  York. Bruno speaks English, Italian and Portuguese.

Carolina Aeschlimann

Carolina has several years of experience within the corporate legal field. In Switzerland she worked in international organizations, NGOs and the private sector. She holds a license to practice law in Brazil (OAB/SP). She has co-authored numerous law books and articles for law journals. Carolina has a Master Degree in International Law and International Relations from the University of Lisbon (Portugal). She speaks Portuguese, English and German.

Antonio Russo
Senior Consultant

Antonio has had a long and lasting relationship with Illumina. He is the Company’s risk manager and the asset manager substitute. Previously, from 2012 to 2019, Antonio was the founder and CEO of Nine East Consulting, a Lugano based fiduciary company dealing with wealth management and estate planning clients. Earlier on Antonio worked for more than 20 years in the Arner Banking Group and at Arner Bank covering several functions doing his tenure. He served as the bank’s Risk Manager and finally as its Chief Financial Officer. Through his vast experience he has been able to advise clients on a wide range of issues as in assisting clients optimize their business planning and investments, in Switzerland and internationally. Antonio is a graduate of the ISTUD Business School in Stresa, Italy. He speaks Italian, English, French and basic German.

Roberto J. Meyer
Operating Manager

Roberto J. Meyer is a versatile professional with extensive experience in finance, auditing and logistics. He has a degree in business administration in Brazil and has held various positions in multinational companies such as Raizen Joint Venture (Brazil), where he conducted financial and operational audits. Roberto has solid IT knowledge of ERP systems and various software applications. He is fluent in Portuguese, German and English.
